ARM GRUP FEROVIAR, the exclusive distributor in Romania for PANEL-brand  rail fastening systems, announces the introduction of two new products from the Turkish manufacturer’s portfolio to the Romanian railway market: the W21 and W14-97 fastening systems, both of which have recently received approval from the Romanian Railway Authority (AFER).

W21 – Direct elastic fastening system

The PANEL W21 fastening system is designed for railway track superstructures on open lines, bridges, and in turnout areas. It is compatible with 60 E1 and R 65 rail profiles installed on prestressed concrete sleepers.

W14-97 – Special direct elastic fastening assembly

The PANEL W14-97 special fastening assembly is designed for railway track superstructures on open lines and bridges. The system is used for 49E1 and 54E1 rail types installed on prestressed concrete sleepers originally designed for 60E1 rails.
